My Unfair Godmother ARC giveaway

Now that you've all finished Mockingjay (Do not tell me the ending!!! I'm still not done with it because my teenage daughter got to it first.) I know you're all looking for some other awesome book.

And what could be awesomer (I know that's not a word, but it should be) than catching up with our favorite incompetent fairy godmother, Chrysanthemum Everstar? So here's your chance to win an ARC before they even go to the reviewers.

Just leave a comment telling me what you would do if a fairy godmother gave you a wish (and no cheating by asking for more wishes, or to have magic, or anything else that would give you more wishes.)Be sure to mention if you're a blog follower since followers get double chances.

And remember--you're agreeing to overlook that whole business about hay and straw not being the same thing and all the other little problems that I hope I caught in the last draft.

May the Random Number Generator be with you!

If I had a fairy Godmother and I was given one wish, I would wish to have a huge dinner with all of my relatives. Everyone alive now, and who has already past away, and who I only know through genealogy. I think it would be an amazing day. Oh and awesomer should totally be a word. Let's petition. :)

If I got a wish from a fairy godmother, it would be to no longer have college loans! Sure, that isn't very creative...but in this economy it sure would be nice (plus, I'd have more money for books, books, books) :)

Oh this contest is awesome! I can't wait to read this!

Honestly, right now, if a fairy godmother gave me a wish I'd probably wish to be a little smarter so I could breeze through these college math classes I'm getting ready to take! They are all I need to finish my degree and I've put them off this whole time. HEHE! I know its not money or fame but hey its important to me!

Great contest!

as for a wish...I would have to say that to wish for something would be so hard - it seems that with wishes we must give up something in order to have the wish...but even with that risk, I would probably still have to say: travel with my family - everywhere, all the time, and to be able to take millions of pictures of each place so that we always remember the path it took to get where we are...

If my Fair Godmother could grant me one wish it would be for my 7 year old daughter to have a Fairy Godmother of her own. About a month ago my adorable little girl wrote a note (don't you just love the handwriting and imagination of a 1st grader?)to the Fairy World letting them know she believes in them and would really like to see them in person. What's a mom supposed to do with a letter like that? The only thing possible---give it to Dad. So he took the note to work and collaborated with the more highly creative fairies there, who in fact contacted the Fairy Queen to provide a very personal card and tiny wand for my little girl to received under her pillow. I wish I could have been a fly on the wall that next show-and-tell day at school, showing off her wand and note from the Fair Queen.
A whole new can of worms is now opened because she keeps asking when she gets to see the Fairies for real, not just their letters.

Hmm, I am tempted to wish that my house would always be clean, or to have lots of energy, as others have... but maybe in the end the thing that would make me (and my family) happiest would be having my pantry always stocked, along with a never-ending supply of ice cream in the freezer.

Yes, no more grocery shopping. That would be nice. Or, maybe I should take it one step further and ask for food to just appear whenever I want it. That would cut out the cooking too! That's it!

I follow like a little lost puppy with big brown eyes and that cute little whimper. Anyways.

First of all, Chrissy makes me laugh. Though I would definitely not want her as a fairy godmother, I would definitely . . . like to watch from the sidelines.

Anyway, lets pretend my fairy godmother is the fat, funny, forgetful one from Cinderella, even though that princess bugs me. So, this is basically what I would wish for: memory. Like, I could remember all the things I've every heard or learned. We have ALL had those moments on a test where there is that one equation that we knew two minutes ago but forgot (not joking) just barely. So I'm telling you, that would definitely be useful.

And I could quote your books word for word. How amazingly awesome would that be. There are some pretty good lines produced from your fingertips, oh mighty author :)

Now that I am done brown-nosing, I am officially excited for this book. Noooo joke. My Fair Godmother was definitely a favorite.

If I had a fairy Godmother I would ask her if I could meet Richard Hatch, aka Apollo, because Janette Rallison got to and I am an even bigger fan of Battlestar Galactica than she is [actually we may have to fight over that - but I do have the complete season on DVD and original piano sheet music to the title score] Of course if I got to meet Richard Hatch/Apollo I would probably want to meet Starbuck, Boomer, Doxey, Adama [wait, he's already passed on to Kobol] and fly one of those starfighters [blue squadron or red? hmm]
Or maybe I should wish to read the ARC for Janette Rallison's latest book since i've read everything else she's written and loved it.
Actually, if I could have one wish I would go back in time for just a few hours and have my children be small enough for me to hold on my lap and cuddle. They won't let me do that now that teenagers or off to college.
