Erasing Time countdown/ My Double Life Giveaway

Welcome to another day of my book a day giveaway. It's only six more short days until Erasing Time comes out. You can buy a copy at the book launch on Aug 28th, at Changing Hands Bookstore in Tempe, AZ. I'll be there, and probably be coherent at the time--but that sort of depends on how my Echo in Time revisions are going.

Today I'll be giving away a copy of an awesome book--My Double Life. Yep we are back to the book that started off the giveaway (sort of--it was part of a blog hop) which means that unless I've forgotten one of my titles that I meant to giveaway and didn't (entirely possible--I have had that whole lack of sleep thing going for me) Then the book I will be putting on the lineup tomorrow night will be Erasing Time--and I'll be showing you the very cool trailer I had made for it. (There is fire. Things poof!)

Until then, you'll have to satisfy yourself with living the secret life of a rock star and having a famous rock star boyfriend.  You know, the rough life.

Leave me a comment about the moments in your life that you wouldn't want the paparazzi to show up. Let me know if you're a follower, as that will earn you an extra chance.  Blogging or tweeting about the giveaway will earn you another chance.  I'll ship to the US or Canada, other winners will get an ebook.

You're allowed to comment on both blogs--and you might as well, as it doubles your chances.
Now I've got to go to sleep before I start typing gibberish . . .

Aside from the obvious when I'm asleep or in the shower or ever, I wouldn't want the paparazzi to find me when I'm talking to animals. I'm sure most people with pets do it but it would still be embarrassing.

I wouldn't want the paps to catch me while I'm at school. I am very focused and in the zone while I am there, and having them there would throw me off.

I would like to be left alone when relationships go south or when your life hits a low point. No one needs that photographed or splashed over the tabloids! and I am always a follower.

I also wouldn't want the paparazzi to catch me while I'm having a really bad hair/outfit day. I'm a follower!

No paparazzi when I am having an "I don't need to leave the house day" with appropriate (ugly) clothing.

Things go poof! I can't wait :) I'm a follower. I wouldn't have wanted the paparazzi there during the first few months of being a mom. I was pretty clueless, and sleep deprived, and a little neurotic ... which never adds up well.

When I brought home my first three babies from the hospital we lived in a house with no garage. The neighbors always ran over as I was getting out of the car. Baby #4 we had moved and finally had a garage. It was great to have a private moment getting a new baby into the house. That's the time I definitely wouldn't want the paparazzi showing up!

I wouldn't want the paparazzi to find me when I have random dance parties with my roommates. That would be embarassing!

Oh you know, the usual, lounging around in pjs looking oh so cute pre-showered, w/o makeup, etc. I guess that would kind of stink.

I would LOVE to read this book. I'm a follower.

I wouldn't like the paparazzi around ever. . .but, an especially bad time would be when I'm working in the garden. I wear old, gross pants that are all muddy from kneeling in the dirt, unflattering old t-shirts, and shoes with holes in them. I usually get dirt on my face, too. . .and lately, powdery mildew all over my arms. . .

I wouldn't ever want the paparazzi to show up, don't know how people deal with that. I would always be embarrassing myself. If I had to choose it would be going to the store with my 3 young kids. Its hard. I already get stares when I ask them to be good and they start crying like its the end of the world.

I'd hate for the paparazzi to catch me when I'm taking the dog outside. It's usually in the morning, so I'm in my PJs and a big fluffy robe with my hair all messed up. And sometimes I'm still wearing my retainers.

I wouldn't want the paparazzi to catch me when I just woke up, or when I'm doing most things. It would just be frustrating.
